Terms of Sales

Article 1 – PRICE

La Droguerie prices are indicated in Euros, all taxes included (TTC).

All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in Euros.

La Droguerie reserves the right to modify its prices at any time and without notice. However, all invoices will be expressed according to the prices applicable on the day of the order.

The products remain the property of La Droguerie until full payment of the invoices.

Article 2 – ORDER

La Droguerie reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order (same name or same address). More generally, La Droguerie reserves the right to cancel any transaction whose nature or origin seems doubtful.

By validating your order, you declare that you accept it and all of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale fully and without reservation. The data recorded by La Droguerie constitutes proof of all transactions between La Droguerie and its customers.

The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.

Article 3 – AVAILABILITY

Our product and price offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site and within the limits of available stocks.

In the event of possible unavailability of a product after placing your order, we will inform you by email as soon as possible. You can then request the cancellation or exchange of your order by email.

In the event of unavailability of all or part of the order, reimbursement will be made by transfer at the latest within thirty days from payment of the sums paid by the customer.

Article 4 – DELIVERY

We ship to France and abroad.

Delivery costs are indicated when validating your basket.
Here are our delivery methods if you are in mainland France:

– home delivery
– delivery by Colissimo relay
– collection from La Droguerie store (free)
– express delivery by Chronopost
– express delivery by Chronopost relay

For all other destinations, home delivery by Colissimo.

Whatever the amount of the order, the contribution to shipping costs is the same: it is a flat rate. We advise you to group your purchases together.

Once your order is prepared, you will receive a confirmation by email with a link that allows you to track the delivery of your package.

If your order is validated before 12 p.m., we will do our best to ship it the same day. Otherwise, it will be shipped the next day. Delivery times for mainland France are 48 to 72 hours for letters and Colissimo and 24 hours for Chronopost.

La Droguerie reserves the right to split deliveries. Shipping costs will only be charged once per order, regardless of the number of shipments.

La Droguerie cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to late delivery.

Products travel at the customer's risk.

Article 5 – PAYMENT

Payment for your purchases is made by bank card (Visa, MasterCard, other Carte Bleues).

Article 6 – SATISFIED OR REFUNDED

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return any product that does not suit you. The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, each being in perfect condition.

Article 7 – DISPUTES

Any disputes between La Droguerie and its customers will be subject to the jurisdiction of the court of the registered office of the company Pommeraye Bis, namely the Commercial Court of Nantes. A conciliation period of 15 days must be initiated before any legal action is taken. This conciliation period begins with the applicant sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt clearly stating the grievances.
